We typically search for a great spot to stealth camp and dreamed that we would be able to sleep the night's away in Mexico right on the beach. POOF! Wish granted. This camp spot had a million dollar view without the price tag... only snag... we got our sprinter van stuck in the sand. Once that's sorted, we take you along our shopping spree as we hunt to restock our pantry and fridge with fruits, veggies and rice. <br /><br />Who are we?<br /><br />We're Eamon and Bec, a Toronto-based couple who live full-time in our self converted Sprinter Van!!
